Concorde is the first radically new approach to the way pilot access personal aircraft.
Typically, aviation companies are started by people are pilots first, not businesspeople. We’ve adopted modern financial models that allow Concorde to thrive, and our members to enjoy the absolute lowest rates to fly Cirrus aircraft in the industry – no matter if you are a renter, flying club member, or owner.
Concorde’s fleet is comprised entirely of Generation 6 and 7 Cirrus SR20 and SR22 aircraft.
We decided to build a standardized, all-Cirrus fleet for many reasons – checkout and proficiency simplicity, maintenance planning, and unmatched safety to name a few. We also chose this because we believe are the perfect plane for the mission of many underserved pilots in aviation today. It is a plane built for the long cross-country.
Anyone in a flying club knows the experience of having all members gravitate toward a specific airframe. That is behind us at Concorde. A uniform fleet means there’s no need to wait for that one slot available to take your favorite tail number up for your next trip out of state.
Aircraft will be brought into the fleet as low-time airframes.
One aircraft to every ten Concorde pilots. It’s as simple as that.
Okay, maybe not quite that simple, but one major benefit of Concorde’s two-tier membership structure is that each tier feeds into the same shared fleet of aircraft. For every 16 Mach 1 members onboarded, one Cirrus SR20 will be added to the Concorde fleet. For every three Mach 2 members, one SR20 will be added. Even while maintaining guaranteed access for all Mach 2 members, our effective aircraft to member ratio is brought down to 1 to 10, making sure you can fly when and how you want. Don’t forget, for every six SR20s added, one SR22 with be brought into the fleet.
Members can keep two reservations on the schedule at any time, ensuring that you can fly when you want. Holiday weekend jamming the schedule? Don’t worry – we have backup. We partner with local Cirrus owners to make sure our fleet can flex as need be on those days where everyone seems to want to fly.
Our membership options
Concorde is launching with two membership options: Mach 1 and Mach 2.
The Concorde Mach 1 membership is best compared to renting and club membership alternatives.
The Concorde Mach 2 membership is best compared to ownership – and yes, it can beat owning a plane.
